Tantalize

I tried to recreate this lovely deviation www.deviantart.com/art/Go-baby… with Faber-Castell color pencils. My impatience and frustration got the better of me and ended up rushing through the whole drawing. Which I now regret.

During the time I had this sucker taped to a drawing board and carried around college campus/work to work on it during free time I had constant remarks about the cherry being called an apple. Not just by one person but quite a decent amount of people thought the cherry was an apple. I had to tell you that drove me nuts and made me feel like a failure.
