It has been awhile huh?

Well sorry about that I haven't had much inspiration and not really having anything to write a journal over.

I haven't really been able to draw much do the the fact I have become extremely frustrated on how badly rusty I am at it. I am debating on taking a Drawing I class to help me out of my rut and also teach me what I have failed to learn in high school which is the basics.

So I would like to take on 2 requests from anyone who comments my journal first. As a way to try to get some practice in. I mean I am really rusty but pushing myself to draw is the remedy.

I have to apologize for my lack of activity on DA. I know my motivation for drawing lacks more and more with each day but I have done of few pieces that are currently unfinished or in progress. I hope to complete them as soon as possible but I lack the energy to do it at a decent pace.


I have a facebook page for my artwork mostly back when I had my old username and that username interfered with clients when they wished to see more of my work and DA hadn't allowed a username change at the time. So most people lost interest when I gave them my DA account due to them being overly sensitive. So I had no choice but to make a facebook page. I have been wanting to do fanart really badly now. Stretching a tad beyond just my typical favorite anime/manga. Like I mentioned before that I was currently working on a certain piece and it is a fanart of a character from a movie. I have to say I am even using tools that I haven't used in years (crayola colored pencils)

I really need to join a club on here and enter a few small contests anything really to get me to start up drawing again. I will admit I do miss it, it is just difficult to figure out what to draw.

Epic concert experiance!!!

Yesterday night was the most amazing experiance I have ever had. One of my top favorite bands (RED) was performing nearby and my best friend and I got to go. Thats not the only reason that made it epic.

My friend and I purchaced special tickets which is called the acoustic experience which lets us meet the band and hang out with them on their tour bus. It was such an incredible feeling to be sitting right across from the band members. Im just happy that I didn't start crying :D

RED is beyond amazing and so incredibly nice. I nearly lost it when I mentioned that I customized my vans (which I was currently wearing at the time) with their faces and they reacted amazed and I told them that I made a video making them. I always wondered if they ever seen it and they were replying "Those are the youtube shoes!"  I was so damn happy that they had seen my little cheesy video.
The whole experiance was mindblowing and I only wish that it could have lasted longer.

If you never heard of the band you should check them out.I have been a fan since their first cd came out and Im more than willing to get more people to listen to them. :) The band's name is RED and their website is redmusiconline.com

Sorry for my rabbles it was such a great experiance for me I couldnt help but mention it.

A little help is needed

The lovely :iconretromortis: is in need of assistance and I’m writing in my journal to help spread the word.

You see her grandma in Taiwan is dying and a flight ticket is definitely not cheap (the ticket being $1800) so she is currently open for commissions that will directly go to help her visit her sick grandma and another visit for the funeral.

So I am asking whoever reads this journal that if you have the money and would like a wicked awesome piece of art then commission her; if you don’t or simply cant right now you can still help by spreading the word.
